I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Feb 2023
Interview
They stated today that they know about these posts and they try to change the process to provide everyone a”fair advantage.” But everything that was said in the previous posts is absolutely correct and there are no changes in the process. Submit application, receive invite for a one-sided recorded interview to three questions and submit. If they approve your responses, you will interview in person in one of two cohorts of the day — morning or afternoon. When you arrive, you stand in line to collect your name tag which has a number and hand in your resume to which they write your name tag number on it. From there you are directed to a table in a large room where you will sit with 5-6 others, no geographical relation or anything, just random, nervous people. The team will introduce themselves, you will then move to round table, single question interview in your group. That means you will answer three different questions from any one else’s in a round Robin fashion and you get a minute or so to fully answer the question. After that you will break for 5, come back which begins the individual 10 minute, 4 questions. They will ask things related to your resume to a degree but also things like “what are you long term plans say in 5 years?” Also, when you come back from your break the tables are rearranged so you will sit in your regional group and they bring back each table 4-6) for the 2-1interviews. All the while you will listen for a few hours to “all the perks” of working for this airline and what the scheduling looks like. It’s a process that honestly could be better expedited that will take you 5 hours if they don’t offer you a position.
Interview questions [1]

All the usual situational questions you have come to love and expect and yes, you are rated on everything to say (or don’t say).
