    I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Frontier Technologies (Cleveland, OH) in November 2011.

    Interview

    Had a telephonic interview with the direct client and they offered me the position.
    The interview questions were mostly based out of Java , oracle, TDD, Junit testing, SVN,Maven.
    There were two interviewers , two of the team leads from the company.

    • There were some questions about version control and TDD which were a little unexpected.   Answer Question

    The interview was a panel type interview with about 7 people in a conference room. The process was a bit unnerving and one of the hardest interviews since there were a panel of people watching and listening to every word you would say. A constant rain of questions that seemed to go on for ever
