Lengthy but worth it it truly makes you want the job. Different interviews and was never boring. Makes you appreciate the job. You meet with all your direct reports and know their expectations before you start

Interview
It was a long process (2 month) witch at moments was frustrating but it was for everyone's best. They are trying to make sure as well them as the candidate are the right match for each other. Had 4 interviewers during the process, all on Skype and at the end was sent to do shadowing before getting an offer. Transparent interviewers and very professional.
