Given a technical quiz, to grasp an idea of your technical knowledge. Frankly some of the questions would be completely useless and don't actually provide any insight as to if you'd be any good at the job... questions such as "What does USB stand for?"

The process starts with an email with an invitation for an interview. You are interviewed by a team manager that asks varied questions such as experience, and personal life. You get to have the position explained to you and any further question as well.
