    Pros

    Flexible work location
    Work life balance
People managers are flexible on working from home as long as you did your job.

    Cons

No sales for Divisions = Lay offs
Every all hands meeting there was a new direction.
Senior executive jobs was like a revolving door.

    Advice to Management

    Spend more money on sales.
Do more to keep existing customers.
Do more to keep quality employees.
Seems as most decisions had to be cleared with parent company Fujitsu Japan adding inefficiencies.

    Pros

great product & services, underdog in USA market that delivers like a the big dog, reasonable goals/expectations, allows creativity to get deals done

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Leadership must learn that hires from the largest competitors for the Americas won't be successful by installing their previous company's structure. They must adapt to the unique inheritance of being Fujitsu in the Americas.

    Pros

    Salary was excellent.
    Work from home.

    Nice severance.

    Cons

Fujitsu didn't seem real interested in finding their full time employees another position within the company after they lost the bid to extend their support contract.

    Advice to Management

Would have liked to see Fujitsu find other contracts or internal positions for their full time employees instead of letting us all go.
