    Pros

Great people, great products, riding the wave from previous era.

Upper mgmt doesn’t understand the business. No promotions given until company hits its sales goals. No raises until company hits sales goals.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Paid time off such as PTO. Health Insurance. Life Insurance. Peers.

    Cons

no given opportunity to grow with in the company

    Advice to Management

When an organization isn’t set up to create effective communications within departments or doesn’t foster creative strategic management, you can miss opportunities, allow problems to continue and reduce employee morale. When employees aren’t happy, they might not volunteer new ideas or might leave for a better job. Poor organizational structure can lead to a reduction in productivity, decreasing your growth potential.
