is important that you speak some foreign language(basic level).
Doesn't matter if you are 70 years old, if you have some license... just speak !!!
They are just a stupid call center.
There were there different interviews. One from HR, one from your possibile colleagues and last one from your future team leader. Most important is flexibility and desire to learn, technical stuff comes further.
