I recently went through the Fujitsu interview process and overall found it to be very professional. I appreciated how the HR team maintained clear communication and provided detailed information at each step, which made the experience less stressful and very transparent. The technical interviews were challenging yet fair, allowing me to showcase my problem‐solving and technical skills. One important note for potential candidates is that, during the process, the concept of a 3-year bond was mentioned. This might be a significant factor to consider when evaluating your long-term plans.
