I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GE (State College, PA) in Mar 2012
Interview
I submitted an online application and had two follow up phone interviews. I spoke with four people during the course of the two phone interviews. They took turns asking questions and allowed me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I liked. The interview process and program as a whole were described and I was asked about five questions which segued into a discussion about the company culture. Overall it was a generally low-pressure, easy interview.

Phone interview was most behavioral questions and reviewing my resume. A few technical questions about excel skills but other than that pretty simple. Was offered a job a few days later
