The interview was fair but lengthy. I spoke with about 10 people in total, about 2 at a time. No questions were out of the blue, just based on past experiences in internships and coursework. Everyone was friendly. I got a tour of the office, laboratory and also went out to lunch. It was what you would expect from an interview.
