I learned about this program from a career fair. It was an on campus interview with a recruiter. It was a very standard interview with the majority of behavioral and situational questions.

1 Recruiter Screen interview with behavioral questions and confirming your resume experiences/skills. 1 Behavioral Interview w/ Program Manager with mostly behavioral and leadership based questions 1 Interview with an IT Director. Interview ask about technical experiences and background but does not require coding. About 1-2 weeks of lag time between interviews. Offer came about 1 week after the final interview. Not much else to say about the interview process.
