The recruiter asked me over 20 behavioral based questions which included: Leadership Strength, Leadership weakness, What can you bring to the position if selected, What do you like the most/least about being a leader, Why are you interested in the MDP program, What do you know about the program?, Why do you want to work in Claims/Auto/ Sales? and why. Explain a time in which you had to deal with a difficult customer, In addition to this, they ask you about your academic background, courses you have taken, and they give you a very detailed overview of the program and what is expected of you.
