I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Asheville, NC) in Sep 2021
Interview
It was lengthy and excessive considering I would have been taking a 7.00hr pay cut. I'd say they lose some very qualified candidates due to their process. Would not recommend.

Question 1
The role play was done remotely. The lag between there screen and mine was awful and made it completely impossible to navigate the system. I have 300mg fiber service at home yet they insinuated it was my internet.
Interview was Virtual. The Usual STAR Questions. Interviews were back to back days, seemed they wanted to move quick in the hiring process. It felt like they wanted more customer centric answers
Zoom interview. 30 minutes and straightforward. Background info and a couple questions about past experiences and how they relate to the job. Also went over the job specifics and desired salary and commute time.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO in May 2024
Interview
I applied online and received invite for screener call with a recruiter. Next step was an online interview with the manager. Then came a long, three week wait with no communication, updates, or even responses to any of my follow up emails to the recruiter. I received no information, feedback and didn't learn I wasn't selected until I logged into the Geico workday job site which then triggered a rejection email to be sent.

Many scenario type questions on how you would handle different situations. A customer is a no-show for your meeting, after waiting you leave to your next appointment as you have a full day. The customer calls an hour later asking you to return and saying that is the only day they can meet you. How do you handle the situation?
