There was a HireVue interview first (with behavioral questions), followed by a phone screen. On the phone screen, I was told that the next (which was also the final) interview will be behavioral. Turns out all the questions asked in the interview were entirely technical. The recruiter didn't even know the name of my university even though it is a top CS school in the US and smugly laughed at some of my answers. He was late, and the other recruiter did not even join the interview.
