Interview
I was emailed and called asking to interview with GP Strategies. I was interviewed by a Training Coordinator Specialist and her boss via telephone. I was asked about 15 questions and the interview took about 45 minutes long. I was told to expect to hear back from them within two weeks. Its been five weeks now and no one is replying to my emails or phone calls.

Interview
First you speak with the recruiter who will send you to the person that will be your direct supervisor. After passing that level, you will then interview with the Account Manager. After this, you will wait for another 1-2 people to approve the position and pay before a final offer will be extended.

Interview rounds were easy.Basic aptitude questions in 1st round and further rounds are based on communication skills.Second round is GD and the final round is face to face interview. In GD they gave a topic and asked us to collect points for 5 minutes.Overall GD was about 20 minutes.

Interview
I had 4 phone interviews as I was being considered for 2 different positions. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and so pleasant. Definitely made me want to become part of the team.
