GROUP Business Software interview questions

Performance based interview based on delivery of tests given in a 1 week span. Had to complete various financial accounting related tests both quantitative and qualitative test questions. Including financial modeling and taking German Financial Statements from 12 subsidiaries and consolidating, restating the reporting year and then pushing into a financial model template you construct. Written sample of MD&A section of SEC report based on delta in sales, costs, and other key business drivers with significant changes and communicate with team to understand why they occurred.
