Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Interview Process I was selected for the face to face interview after completing two rounds of interview i.e., HR, technical, there was another technical round onsite and the results was misinterpreted, Perhaps most concerning was the absence of any follow-up or feedback after the interview. Despite being assured that I would receive information about the next steps in a timely manner, I was left in the dark. This lack of communication left me questioning the company's professionalism and commitment to its recruitment process.
