On point, very focused on competency and added value. There was no cliché, no arrogance and overall a good experience. Only business manager questions and a written test, no HR filtering

I had a meaningful, concise and efficient interview process, relevant questions, reduced number of steps and consiistent feedback. The hiring manager was open and set right expectations, overall a very human approach.
