Was called randomly one evening by an HR person. Asked me a couple of questions like what was my desired salary and my experience. Then scheduled a second phone interview with more common interview questions. Got an email a week later saying I was not a good fit.

Contacted first by a recruiter for the company. Then called by someone in HR to set up an in-person interview with several individuals in the office. All very personable-did not ask extremely difficult or unreasonable questions.
