I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Garmin in Jul 2018
Interview
This was the best interview process I've had. The HR recruiter was very communicative and supportive. She gave me advice for how best to communicate with those I was interviewing with. I really felt like she set me up for success in interviewing for the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Garmin (Southampton, England)
Interview
An initial interview with the hiring manager and HR manager. This was followed by a second interview with hiring manager and HR manager consisting of a task simulating the skills required in the role.
I started with a phone screening with HR, where they reviewed background, explained the job details, and asked questions. The interviewer was thorough and explained things clearly. I accepted another offer before moving onto another rpund, but was impressed with the individuals I interacted with.
