Process included talking to engineers at university career fair, followed by a technical interview conducted by a design engineer. After the technical interview there was a standard HR interview before the decision.
I applied through college or university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Garmin (Cary, NC)
Interview
Was contacted through campus recruiting. First interview was 30 minutes where 15 minutes was behavioral, basic questions about why Garmin and describe a project that exemplifies your programming skills best. Then HR interview. Then 1 hour interview, 30 min behavioral asking about projects and then 30 min technical. Really make sure you know your basics.
