However, they had a clear timeline and the rounds were disclosed well in advance.

Guesstimate based questions were asked in one round.
Very informal, very unprofessional, and it seemed like the interviewer was trying to rush through it to get to something else. The interviewer acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions about the role and how in translates into full time employment down the line.

They asked STAR questions about your school or professional experience. They asked me how I managed skills and demonstrated leadership. The interview was not easy, but not hard. I would say prepare ahead of time.
