First round is a phone call, and then the second round is an interview with a sales recruiter. They say you don't need to know everything about Gartner, but they do really focus on you, perfectly describing the company. Also use STAR method.

I was reached out to by a recruiter at Gartner and was immediately welcomed with kindness and professionalism. I had a 30 minute phone screening that went well and was sent through right away to the second round. The second round was a zoom call for about an hour going over my resume and then five behavioral questions in STAR format. My recruiter was so supportive every step of the way and offered me really great advice. I was immediately pushed to the third round which was another hour virtual meeting going over my resume, asking me about my interest in Gartner, in sales, I was asked about specific experiences in my career and then a 3 minute role play in which I had to to book a meeting. I didn't feel as if the role play went well but I got great feedback and was supported throughout the entire process.
