I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gartner (Singapore) in Aug 2018
Interview
I received the phone call from the recruiter the next day after I submitted my application online via LinkedIn. Did a short phone call interview with the recruiter and proceeded to the next face-to-face interview to do a Comprehension Test. She asked a few questions to make sure I was fit for the role described and provided the role in great details.
The Comprehension test was a written English test, mainly consist of a passage and some questions. There was also some mix and match impact and recommendations, followed by Choose-2-out-of-3 scenario questions at the end. It was a test of fairly easy to comprehend questions.
The recruiter was full of zest ready to help a candidate to their success by providing sufficient information for the interview process. I love her vibes and appreciated that she was willing to accommodate to my schedule and followed up with email notifications within a short period of time, whether the interviews had been successful or not.

Interview
The interview wasn't that difficult, but they asked many behavioral questions that you should prepare for. I thought I did well enough to pass the phone screen, since I gave very good answers and they were what any employer would like to hear. I waited for feedback after the interview and they took so long just to tell me that I didn't pass. I just recently graduated from college, so i don't have too much experience and they don't give me a chance at all to prove myself. This makes no sense as I did everything correctly and gave good detailed answers. Waste of time applying to this place as they don't care about recent grads. They expect people to be perfect even though this position is not rocket science. I went to college thinking employers cared but they just don't. The fact that they say you need a bachelor degree is just a filler to make it look like they hire good people. I did my research on the company and practiced for hours just to get turned down. They don't care about my time and want amazing answers when they set specific time for the interview and use the most basic questions. They need to invest in there hiring process and stop wasting peoples time. They think there hiring the right people when its just people with a little bit more experience and little skill. At least give me actual feedback of why I wasn't hired instead of the same automated email saying you found someone with better qualifications. These recruiters need to train better and stop being so bias and picking out their favorite based on unrelated information on the position. The recruiters are not helping out the company instead making it worse. Don't recommend applying if you are a recent grad, as they just want a perfect individual with top tier skills for a low level position.
