The overall interview process took about 3-4 weeks. There are multiple rounds of interviews, including a screening call with HR, team director, Senior Directors. The last round of interview took about 1.5 hours, back to back meeting with three directors.
The process included 3 rounds of face-to-face interviews. First round was with the HR (basic questions on why this role, past experience), second round with HM (case study interview), third round with Senior Leader (Case study + behavior)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner in Nov 2019
Interview
The interviewer was late the interview. He was not actively listening to what I was saying. He seemed like he didn't really care and he was just doing his job. Awful interview experience.
