I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
After the first round of editing test, I had to appear for two interview rounds, one with the Manager and the other with the Director, both of which were quite interesting. Those were mostly behavioural interviews with in-depth questions about my current role. In both cases, it felt like more of a discussion instead of an interview, which is a great way to boost candidates' confidence and learn more about them. Wonderful experience!

Question 1
Behavioural questions, Situational questions, and a lot of questions about the current role and working environment
Was reached out to by the recruiter to have a phone screen set up. After 30 minutes of them not showing up they emailed and said they were pulled into a meeting. I emailed them available times and the screen never happened and was just passed onto the take home test. Test was straight forward but was given minimal feedback on performance.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The role looked like a good fit and the initial video call went well. I was supposed to do an editing test the following Wednesday, and I'd receive the info about the test on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning, I hadn't received anything, so I checked in about the test -- no response. The time for the actual test came and went. I heard nothing back from the recruiter. They never followed up to explain what happened. Not wanting to engage with a company with this many red flags so early in the process, I did not email them again either.

Question 1
In the initial recruiting interview, we went over typical broad topics like my prior experience and skills.
Took a test and had a few interviews with other editors and TMs. Included a background check. Questions included a lot of scenarios, so coming with previous examples and experiences is important.
