Usually what’s next is a behavioral question segment with the recruiter but I skipped that part because I had done it before for a similar role. Next is the interview with two managers which includes more behavioral questions. If you make it through all of that, you get to the final round which is a power point presentation in front of a panel of about 5 managers, a shadow session, and a role-play over the phone. I was extremely nervous but they said they couldn't tell and I got the job offer the same day, a few days before Christmas! I applied five times and was shut down every time but I really prepared hard for this interview and they could tell.
