I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Tallahassee, FL) in Sep 2020
Interview
A 7-hour group interview contained with a group of 5 interviewees being evaluated on a series of 3 elevator speeches. After there was a 45-minute one-on-one interview with a recruitment manager. Then there was a 4 on 1 interview with 2 current account managers, a recruitment manager, and a higher level account manager. They provided a detailed document about their ideal CEO role profile. We were asked to read and annotate it 20-minutes prior then asked questions on the material. They wanted to know primarily what stuck out to the people interviewing and how much we knew about Gartner. I'm glad I went through this interview process because it taught me this industry is not for me. The managers were nice and I bonded well with the recruiter.

Very long, the procedure was not clear. Time line was not clear. Did not get any reply for more than 4 weeks after one of the final interviews. This was not as promised
