Interview
1st pre screen call. (Recruiter set expectations, and established timeline)
2nd (1 hour ) phone conversation, asking questions to be answered with the star method. Recruiter mentioned that they didn’t have a timeline or set date to start this position, but they are actively interviewing.
Process would involve 4 rounds in total.
My advice to candidates: Do not waste your time in this never ending process

They tried to keep process as quick as possible, and scheduled the next meeting in a short time frame. I appreciated the second interview with the hiring managers and team lead. All women, it was great to see and not something I see often
