Virtual with recruiter. She asked about my goals and my background, we discussed what brought us to Gartner. Some of the interview rounds involved a role playing exercise. The role playing exercise was a cold call.
Smooth and professional, the recruiter was very straight forward, responsive, and cut to the chase. I wasn’t confused at any point in the process and the next steps were always very clear
Interview process was great. The expectation was very clear going into the sales pitch interview it and the interviewer provided great insight into the sales training and the path to becoming successful early on
3 stages, involving STAR method, hiring manager 2 rounds and sdr boss final round, learn the gartner product well as well as sales process. Very friendly people and an interesting company to start career.
