Smooth and transparent. Shared a lot of preparation materials which was appreciated. I felt comfortable throughout the interviews and the feedback was provided in a timely manner. Unfortunately it was not a possibilty in the end due to my lack of German language skills but the team was very friendly and nice throughout the process.
Smooth hiring process consisting of some interviews based on STAR and values. People were nice and responded within two to four days. They were clear about the KPIs and the company culture
