Interview
The entire process took way too long. I was approaching on LinkedIn. I had a 30 minute interview with the recruiter. Next was an interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a panel interview. I finally got to the last step and had to do a presentation for a panel. I am more than qualified but didnt get the job. It seemed like a big waste of my time for over two months when I didnt approach them, they approached me!
Since then, I have been contacted by three different recruiters on LinkedIn about the same job. Never again.

Supported throughout the interview process Regularly contacted by HR and had the opportunity to ask questions. Clear straight forward process. Heard back quickly at each stage of the process with clear feedback.

Positive interviews concluding with a presentation analysing a complex event, the role I took and challenges overcome. It was a great discussion and opportunity to deep dive. Three part process.
