I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2024
Interview
I had an interview with both the recruiter and the hiring manager. The hiring manager's interview lasted for an hour and a half and concluded with a role-playing exercise. During the interview, the hiring manager requested that we speak off camera at one point, which caught me off guard and threw me off a bit.

Question 1
A lot of questions regarding KPI's and goals, despite this not being a sales role.
El entrevistador llegó tarde. En la oferta ponía 100% remoto y me dijeron que tendría que ir a partir de julio todas las semanas a la oficina. También le dije que yo buscaba un lugar donde no hacer horas extras y su respuesta fue "good for you".

First call with a recruiter, followed by an email with instructions to prepare the second call, which was to answer questions about my past experience in a STAR format. Third call with a member of the team. Fourth call with a senior HR, to answer more questions in STAR format. At this stage there's also a simulation of a cold call with an executive, whom you're reaching out to, to promote engagement with the service.
