I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Genentech (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
there was a seminar presentation, and several in-person one on one interviews as a whole day process, group lunch and group dinner included. Overall it was a very nice experience and I did learn a lot from this interview.
A bit disorganized. They mention I am a strong candidate then dissapears for months. When I follow up sating I need to make a choice because I have another opening I get a rejection letter

The interview process consisted of a first interview with both the hiring managers, a technical round to check skills, and finally an on-site interview with individual interviews with members of the team.
