The interview process was thorough, including a presentation and many one-on-one interviews with members of the hiring group and other groups. The interviewers were experienced and included peers and higher-level colleagues.

There were some rather detailed technical questions about process unit operations.
I got an email by HM after applying for the role and asked me to set a time. 30 min. interview, Person that was interviewing was nice and questions were expected.
asked what I did in my graduate school and a technical question regarding drug molecule they had developed there were no other questions asked, in example behavioral or anything else of this sort
