Initial and follow-up communication was great. I had a series of 5 interviews with a pair of individuals at each one. Also had a 45 minute interview with the people that would be working for me as well as lunch with my potential peers. The questions were redundant and all situational, which became boring due to answering the same question repeatedly, just to different individuals. The questions were all multiple questions rolled into one. There is a pair of personality tests that have to be completed prior the interview and another "IQ" test on the day of the interview.
The plant itself is well-maintained and the people are very friendly and seemed liked a great place to work. General Mills pays for the cost of the trip up front and reimburses you for any other expenses--i.e. meals and parking.
