I had a phone screen with the hiring manager about 2 weeks after applying online. One week later, I was invited to formally interview and provide my upcoming availability. One week after this, I was given a date two further weeks out. It was 5 hours, broken up into six 1:1 meetings and two breaks. The interviewers included the hiring manager (again), HR, and others that were on or close to the team.
