I spent probably 4-5 hours of my time in interviews and assessments. I got to the final round of interviews and thought everything went well. The interviews were fairly informal and easy. The only awkward moment was when the hiring manager clearly got me confused with another candidate. I followed up with HR afterwards x3 and was ghosted for a month. Finally got a response saying that they selected another candidate but the team was growing and they’d “love to connect in the future” . I won’t hold my breath!
