The first interview was through a one-way video answering questions. I didn't hear back for months. And then I had a Zoom interview where they began by telling me they thought it was cute that I was applying for the role and they liked seeing Non-GM applicants. Basically, from there on out, I knew that I would not get the job. They confirmed they hired internally.

There was a short video interview section with personal experience questions, such as what would you do questions, along with an IQ test that testing memory, arithmetic and spacial proficiency.
