Recently got a chance to attend the interview for the role mentioned in this company. The recruiter was super calm and handled all the rounds in very professional way. I have got all the answers I need inbetween every rounds. He was able to understand the issues I had in this current situation and given me good time to attend interview. Honestly I didn't know much about Genesys before the recruiter reaches me in linkedin. But I got very good impression only because of recruiter's behaviour. The other members like technical recruiters and HR were very calm and answered all the questions and even silly questions. I totally had 4 rounds of interview in that 2 were technical. Those 2 technical rounds were very knowledgeable discussion and interviewer given some hints too when we stuck. Following this had a hiring manager round with formal questions on our education, career and future plans and finally the HR round.
