I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Genpact (Durgapur, West Bengal)
Interview
IT was On-campus hiring, first Voice assessment (just formality, idk if anyone was rejected on this round),next one was HackerRank online test and then Interview , they came to our college and took interview with 4 panels. After introduction etc they asked about board scores and random questions on science subjects , two array problems were given to me and i described two of my projects , total conversation was fine , some fellas were asked GK !! some had short and some had long interview. I answered two coding questions despite not selected :) well 11 students were selected among 40 including both IT and CS , had a chat with selected candidates but got no clue about their criteria !!!!
The interview process was good and a bit analytical. It involves multiple rounds.Technical and hr interviews after aptitude and coding rounds.Technical and hr round questions are straight forward and decision making type.
