he process was really easy and convenient. The recruiter was really helpful and took the time to understand who I am as a person instead of the usual interview questions. I had several phone interviews with different managers and had to do a sales presentation and the honest feedback given was really helpful too.

Not a standardized framework. Lack of structure. They should revise their interview script. should update interview process. Moving to structured, scenario-based questions will better evaluate practical skills, reduce bias, and identify top talent more effectively.

Questions were relevant to the role, and the overall process was efficient, transparent, and candidate-friendly from start to finish.
Easy to crack basic Digital Marketing Concepts and Behavioral questions. Simple questions asked related to keyword. Negative keywords and few situations. Basic Digital marketing questions. Company policies and documenting process.
