I have to say, this interview was a disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism from the interviewer was glaring—no preparation, no clear direction, and an overall dismissive attitude. It felt like I was taking a multiple-choice quiz, where they expected only one "right" answer, as if real-world experience can be boiled down to a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’m a professional with 7 years of experience, not some entry-level candidate or a robot that only follows orders. If you think you can treat candidates like fools or slaves, you are sorely mistaken. This is not how you engage with experienced professionals who expect mutual respect and an open exchange of ideas, not a rigid, narrow-minded interrogation.
This experience speaks volumes about your company's culture, and frankly, I’m glad to know now what to expect before any further engagement.
To any candidate considering joining this company—treat this as a mock interview and move on. You deserve better than a company that devalues your expertise and treats you like a cog in the machine. Don’t waste your talent on environments like this
