Great. Comfortable and organic. First interview was with 2 senior designers. Walked them through my portfolio. Then met with a Principal and did the same walk through. Then had a phone conversation. Then came in to review the offer letter.

overall is good, sharing works and behavior questions to be asked. Average difficulty but they have so many candidates to review, so it's hard to stand out. But it is worth trying as they have great clients.

I had one interview with two team members and was offered an internship shortly after. It was a great experience from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, collaborative culture, and creative energy of the Detroit office—it really affirmed my interest in working in a dynamic design environment.
