Pretty straightforward behavioral questions. Knew the recruiters from a number of other professional engagements so it helped a lot. The process was very straight forward and I reviewed a book they had mentioned about their management style beforehand which helped a lot. Have questions prepared to ask them.

Interview
Went through an agency, received a telephone interview with HR that lasted about twenty minutes. The first question was why you want to work for the company and the others were basically about how you would proceed in certain challenging situations.
