Giant Squid interview questions

I applied online and received an email reply from their anonymous job email account a couple of weeks later. The email asked me to create a small demo/prototype built around a new movement mechanic and level design of my choosing and was given a week. I submitted my source code and received an invite to a Skype interview after a couple more weeks. I spoke to their hiring manager and programmers, who were all very nice and down to earth. They asked questions about my test and previous experience. I thought the interview went pretty well, but two days later I got a 1 sentence reply through the Gamasutra job section from the hiring manager saying my qualifications do not match their position. I respectfully asked for additional feedback but did not receive any reply. Be prepared to invest a considerable amount of time with the process to simply receive a generic response at the end of it all.
