Panel interview with members of the team and other members of different departments. The questions were straight forward. There were some situational questions as well as questions regarding leadership style.

Process was long (4 months plus). There was an Hr interview and then 5 interviews were scheduled at the same time. Once all interviews were completed with some global partners, there was a silent period of about 2 months with no progress.
