Interview was pretty haphazard. Had initial phone screen with HR and went through resume, felt pretty standard and easy. The interviewer said to look out for an email by the end of the week. Two weeks later, received an email with details for next round, a virtual panel with 4 people on team. These interviews went much deeper and were a lot more enjoyable, discussing the day-to-day of the job and the more technical elements. At the end of the interviews, I was told to wait a week or so for a word from the HR person leading the process. Unfortunately it took an entire month to hear back from them, with no offer. To add insult to injury, when I asked for feedback as to what I could improve on, radio silence. Really expected more from such a developed company. Feedback (especially after interfacing with so many employees) is the bare minimum you should be able to give candidates when you don't extend an offer.
