Interview
Interviewed for a Director role on medical affairs team. Heard from company recruiter a couple weeks after applying, after which the process moved quickly. Over the course of two weeks I spoke with the hiring manager plus four cross-functional colleagues. Ultimately they offered the role to an internal candidate who had a somewhat more relevant qualification. Still, a positive process.
