The interview process was great. I had a phone interview then two assessments. The written assessment wasn't too bad, it put you through a few scenarios to see how you would interact with clients. The second assessment was the ProfileXT... if you like brain teasers, then you'll like this test. After another in-person interview and then a final round of interviews with executives, they sent me an offer. I gladly accepted. All the people I met during my interview process were all so nice and smart. Glassdoor truly does a great job not only hiring intelligent people, but well-rounded employees that match their culture perfectly. Can't wait to start.
