The entire interview process was seamless and transparent. I had my first call with a recruiter in early January, and my final interview/ offer in late February. The recruiter I spoke with clearly communicated what the candidacy process looked like as well as what could be expected in terms of compensation range & benefits. The interview process included 2 phone calls with the recruiter, a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, a Zoom panel interview with 3 hiring managers, and a final round presentation. I received feedback after the penultimate round to give me the best shot at success for my final interview, and heard back within 1-2 days after each round so I was not stuck waiting. Once I accepted the offer, there was a reference and background check which took about 1 week to be completed. I am so excited to be a part of the Glassdoor team!
